How to Use PAC (Pay at Counter)

1. Select Payment Method
   Choose “LS Pay” as the payment method.
   (Note: The card readers support gratuity, which is enabled in the configuration settings.)

Be Aware of Offline Status
If the reader is offline, it will not notify you—the screen will simply keep spinning.

 

Cancelling a Payment
If you need to cancel the payment:

• Select “Cancel”

• Then choose “Cancel Payment”

• Finally, tap “Force Cancel”
  This will return you to the transaction screen.

How to Use PAT (Pay at Table)

1. Start Pay at Table on the Reader
   Select “Pay At Table” directly on the card reader.

2. Enter Waiter ID
   Input the 4-digit waiter ID.
   (Note: The ID cannot start with a zero.)

Choose a Table
You will be prompted to:

• Enter a table number, or

• Select “Continue” to see a list of all open tables.

Check Printing Option
The reader will ask if you’d like to:

• Print Check, or

• Skip this step.

Split Payment & Tips
You'll then have the option to:

• Enter a tip amount

• Split the payment by:

  • Number of guests (covers)

  • Specific amounts

  • Or pay the full balance
