- Go to 5loyalty Admin Panel and enter your credentials.
- Once you are on the dashboard, Click - Orders tab on the left side of the panel
- Search for the Order ID, on the right side select the order, and on the right you will see the 'Refund Order' option.
- Once the Refund Order button is clicked, you will be directed to the next page, where you can see the amount you want to refund and the reason for the refund.
You can refund in Full or Partial - just update the amount to refund.
- After completing the details. A Notification prompt will be shown if it was a success
