How to Redeem an eGIFT Voucher

There are 2 ways to redeem:

1. Through the Web App 

If they have an account, they can just enter the Voucher Code from the email that they
have received and it will automatically top up the balance of their account through
points. They can use the loyalty points through Click & Collect / Order to Table or
Delivery Order Type during the checkout. They can simply apply the points before they
complete the checkout & points will be reduced imminently.

2. In-Store Redemption - using the Lightspeed app.

First, add the items to the till, then scan the QR Code from the Email, then find
5LOYALTY Main Screen and press ‘5L App eGift Voucher’. It will show you the
remaining value of the eGift Card during the redemption. The amount of the basket
will be deducted from the value of the Gift Card.
