Setting Up Marketing Campaigns

- Go to ‘Marketing Campaigns’ and select ‘Create a new campaign’

- Choosing Code Campaign will require the users to enter a code to add the voucher to their wallet.

- Once you’ve added all the details of the Code Campaign, press Next

- Upload an image for the Campaign

- Once the Code Campaign is created you should see below with the details.

- You will also see the CODE that you can distribute. Review all details and update if necessary.

- The Voucher can be single use or multiple uses, just inform us if ever you need the voucher to be burned immediately after use.

- You can test the voucher code by entering it in the app like below. 

- If you press the voucher it should show like this:

[VOUCHER CHECKLIST]
✅Confirm if all details are correct on the voucher.
✅Confirm if the voucher can be applied to the basket
✅Complete the checkout by adding the voucher (In-App TEST) and check if the correct discount is applied to the total.
✅Confirm if the order is received in the POS & check if the receipt if printed.
✅Confirm if the voucher can be redeemed in-store.
