How to set-up Allergens Disclaimer

Notifying your customers of allergens is really important, and becomes difficult with click & collect orders so we recommend you notify your customers of all allergens that could be present in your dishes.

Arch allows you to display allergens directly on each item and this is completed via the K-Series description set-up, but we also prompt our customers to include an Allergens pop-up on check out similar to the below;

To do this simply create an image with a list of all allergens and save it in a JPG/PNG file > visit arch set-up > venues > edit chosen venue and scroll to images > chose allergens notice image > save

This will now appear as a pop-up for your customers on checkout for your customers to accept pre-placing an order.
