Targeted audiences are a great way to send specific promotions to certain customers through out the year. Arch has a number of 'pre-set' audience such as 'Birthdays' 'New Customers' but we understand you may want to reward outside of this so have the option to create some more bespoke.
The below guide will walk you through a step by step on setting up targeted audiences in Arch.
- Login to Arch venue back office
- Loyalty > Audiences > Create new Audience
- Choose a name for the audience
- Select the base for the audience;
- Most spent - customers who have spent the most over specified timeline
- Most orders - customers who have placed the most orders over specified timeline
- Active clients - customers ordering through Arch
- Inactive - customers who have not ordered through Arch during specified timeline

- Set the timeline you want to create the audience on - in this example I want users that placed the most orders throughout 2020
- Select how many of this audience you want included; top 10, 50, 100 or 500

Once saved I will now be able to send Personalised offers to my 'Top 100 Visitors' of 2020.
