The Arch loyalty scheme allows your customers to gain points every time they order through your platform. A way to encourage repeat use of the loyalty card is to offer 'Extra' or 'Bonus' points throughout the year.
The points bonus can be tailored however you would like but a great example is if you have a new item or an item that is not selling as well as usual offer consumers the chance to get extra/triple points when they purchase it.
Below is a step by step guide on how to set this up.
- Login to Arch venue back office
- Loyalty > Extra Points > Add New
- Enter the name of the points promotion and choose if you customer will get extra points (specify the amount and items applicable), double points or triple points
- Write a brief description of what the offer entails for your customers.

- Select whether the coupon will apply to particular products, categories or all products - in this example we only want items within the 'Breakfast' category to be included.

- Specify if the offer is a one off use for a single person to use, a limited coupon i.e. first 100 orders or an unlimited use points bonus. If you choose limited the system will ask you to enter in the amount you wish to offer alongside the duration of the 'Points Bonus'
- Choose which audience you want this offer to be available to. (To find out more about 'custom' audiences please review out Setting up a Targeted Audience guide)

Once you have saved this offer will now be available for your selected audience to earn their extra points.
