Coupons are a great way to reach your audience through Arch, it can help retain loyalty and also show off your new products at a discounted price. This guide will take you through the steps to create a coupon on Arch.
- Sign into your Arch back office
- Loyalty > Coupons > Add Coupon
- Enter the name of the coupon and the code you will share with customers
- Decide if the coupon will be a % or value based discount or a X-for-Y offer i.e. 3 for 2

- Select whether the coupon will apply to particular products, categories or all products
- Once you have made your choice you will be able to specify which products and categories apply - in the below example we are offering £5 off the sale of items within the 'At Home Meals' category

- You must then specify if this a one off coupon for a single person to use, a limited coupon i.e. first 100 orders or an unlimited on going coupon. If you choose limited the system will ask you to enter in the amount you wish to offer alongside the duration of the coupon

- Finally you must specify the following things;
- Is the coupon is a discount or subsidy
- Can your customers use it more than once per day
- Is it automatically added at check out or must the customer enter a code
- Is it applicable in Eat in and Takeaway or an inclusive to one of these options

- Press save and your coupon is now ready to use
