Different Font Sizes on Receipts and Dockets

If need be, there are ways to amend the size of the fonts on your receipts and order dockets.

Order dockets

This can be amended really easily. You'll just have to head to Configuration > Printers > Production centers. Click on your production center and amend the very last setting, "Font Size". Here you can switch between small medium and large. Once you've decided, as always, reload your tills and ensure you're happy.

Receipts

On receipts, there are many changes to the way that you can amend how they look and show when presenting them to customers. The main one you may want to check out can be found under Configuration > Configurations > Select the config > Receipts > CUSTOMIZE RECEIPTS.

From here you can select the following tickbox to enhance the size of the items shown on the receipt.

This is the tickbox for larger items on the receipt however there are a few other options that can enlarge other options on the receipt, try a few of them out to see what works for you.
